stops defending the actions.. the actions are all based on fraud, fraud is not dischargeable in BK.. he will get default judgements since he is out of money..

I am obviously conflicted with the moral side of pursuing legal action here, but understand that people can do untruthful things when it comes to financial gains. 

licenseI...It's one thing to have your contractor's license revoked for 7 legal actions, it's even worse when you don't make amends when you clearly can.

We had a couple companies come in and give wild quotes to rework our system, then found a guy who showed up with schematics and trade journal articles on our particular system, spent 2 hours educating us on it, then cost about $500 to go around and fix all the crappy work previous "contractors" did to the system to try "fixing" it. 

All contractors (no matter the trade) are businesses, and should be run as such.
