I like to hand out this punch list to turnkey investors and really anyone doing the out of state thing in general.

FACT: At no point in 10,000 years of recorded human history, has handout programs elevated a society or diminished dependency. 

I then said with my hand out "How about a hug and a hand shake we call it even.

Since there are so many people asking for help all the time, I’d like to try to incentivize it as more of a business opportunity for your mentorship rather than looking for handouts.

I will note, I'm not asking for any hand outs but I am willing to put in the effort and grind it out, if it means I can achieve my goals in the long run.

If crypto went to zero tomorrow, there would be thousands of people demanding action (bail out, hand out or demanding blood).

Be grateful and kind to old people and those who need a helping hand (not a handout).

It will be crazier when I'm selling hundreds of units and multimillion dollar deals like the pro's here :).So the reason for this post is to offer a hand out; to help, and a hand out to be helped as I know I have so many more things to learn as I grow.

Something else to consider is custom we buy houses shirts and some business cards to hand out if someone asks.
