This can be a sensitive topic, as many cohosts opt to not be licensed, and as some agents and PM's think the law requires a license for cohosting.

Go search the topic "Lifestyle Asset University" here on Bigger Pockets and you will see a longer thread with a lot of opinions (most are not members) but still worth a read as there are a half a dozen paid members from our group who have commented on that thread.We were formerly called Lifestyle Asset University, but I didn't realize that you couldn't use the word University in your company name here in Utah so we changed our name to Vodyssey.

On this new topic, it sounds like you're not able to afford a diversified portfolio without taking on debt.

However, you forgot/didn't mention the Costa del Sol, which, from an international real estate point of view (the topic here), is what matters.

The thread addresses a different topic, the Real Estate Professional status, but the same principle applies to the hours in both contexts.

I imagine a lot of the reasons will overlap with the previous topic.  

We all know 'housing affordability' is one of the hottest political topics as of late but I'm not seeing any commitments to increase inventory. 

I know this is a differing topic on the forums, and online in general, but having the legal background/education and knowing estate planning concepts you'll realize it shouldn't be.  

I think I will use this question as the topic for my next youtube video.
