It takes 3-5 days where I am for a commitment to come back, assuming it is clean, I do the following three things:Take the original contract, cut a tiny strip of paper and scotch tape it over the price and make a copy.

The plan here is to have a local (RV Certified) tiny home builder do the marketing to attract buyers that want to buy their tiny homes (cash or 25 year financing) and live in this park, until there are 44 pads occupied by tenant-owned tiny homes, paying $750/mo lot rent, on 1 year leases.

I rented out a tiny commercial space to some ladies that wanted to open a retail clothing store. 10 days after move in they had a falling out and one of them moved her portion of the merchandise out of the store the next day.

I have seen a couple of new-build STRs that need refinancing, and they were hard to finance due to their being tiny homes, cabins, rural multifamily (with no comps), etc.
