Demand evidence to back up the charges or threaten to file a lawsuit or a complaint with the state.If they don't respond to your satisfaction, file a complaint with the state licensing commission.

I had a tenant threaten to bust the jaw of a maintenance person and now that company won't send anyone to my property anymore.  

They just want their payments.If the bank did threaten to call your loan they would probably let you put the title right back into your personal name and not be an issue. 

I've exercised so much grace and patience with this guy throughout this year 1/2 debacle, so him threatening me while I'm trying to make sure I'm protected really doesn't feel good.
