I ran into an ol cogger ( which I am starting to get into ol cogger territory myself LOL) he spent 40 years acquiring in Indy and has 800 doors..

Which of course I understand but do people actually buy fire damaged properties, it seems like untouched territory especially in Hope Mills/Fayetteville where I’m from.

But if you go beyond that you are now in California claw back territory. 

Like I mentioned- I am new to probate investing so this is all unfamiliar territory for me.Thanks in advance for any help and/or advice. 

There are plenty who do things to help raise up their communities, and of course naturally when you get into apartment complexes large numbers come with the territory, but so does syndication which tends to water those numbers down again.

@Bob Blackburn I wouldn't be the best person to talk to about structuring financing with rates in that territory?

This is a new territory for me and want to have the same efficiency that I have with all of our other traditional units.
