I have decent construction experience having worked in the "trades" when I was in my teens and through college.

Ever since I was a young teen, I have had inkling that I wanted to be heavily involved in real estate.

There are 6 people (4 adults and 2 children, I believe teens).

Hi could anyone give me some advice on what part of the country is the best choice to relocate with two young teens and a great market for rehabs with a good group of hard money lenders?????

Margins on new construction are just not that great right now even though they are improving but I think most or many are struggling to hit the teen's let alone above 20%.  

Thanks for your reply Sebastian, yes it is quite uncommon for teens like me to be learning or even being interested in this type of stuff, yet I know it will lead me to financial success.  

It's a long-term hold strategy, and the investors are looking for IRRs in the high teens over ten years.
