I call it porch time.. you MUST do it if your going to close.. especially if your working with a little older demographic.. they want to know and like the person they do business with .. not just some voice on the phone..

I can't stand that @Brandon Turner's voice" or something like that, personally, I don't think you're going to do any better elsewhere.

Especially you lifted yourself up and you have that sense of " I can do it" inside of you, it is amazing that you grew out of that life style and that little voice inside of you " I CAN DO IT!" 

Put them up anytime and use a Google Voice number on them or a burner number.

(I had a dream that if its illegal in an area put them out Friday afternoon, pick them up sunday night, put a google voice number on them.)But, I have gotten my most profitable deal from direct mail.Still new, trying to figure out the best way ):

Use a burner number, Google Voice, or Sideline number so it can't be traced back to you.

However, I keep hearing this voice in my head saying "why wait!?"

He said that he left voice mails, emailed them, etc. to try to get me into the property.
