I could work with a skilled handyman, or current superintendant at another location.I can fly out there to meet the team, and get things set up, but I need to have something in place before I touch down. 

Anyone know a good builder in the Orlando area more specifically Deltona to sub out new construction, or even possibly and experienced superintendent as I'm a licensed contractor     

I have been a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager for 16+ years and have been in and around the construction industry my whole life.

In small towns, I think from the city superintendent down to the old lady on the corner you can get any information you need easy and fast.

Currently in the construction industry as a project superintendent, and enjoy what I do, but looking to make jump to the other side of the field when the time is right.

He worked as a superintendent for over 10 years prior to the housing crash.

5.May I meet the project manger or project superintendent who will be supervising my project on a daily basis?

My father was a superintendent for general contractors for many years and knows how to do almost everything with homes.

They also have a new Superintendent who is looking to expand the education within the school district.
