Superintendent responsibilities for apartments

I'm a former license residential builder of single family homes seeking to get back into the construction field but as a superintendent of construction. I will be building apartments. What would be my role acting in the superintendent position? Would it be the same as singlefamily housing? Would I need to have more knowledge in multi family housing? What am i up against doing this?
