Seriously, in big picture say someone is willing to rent you a home on 99yr lease for $1.00yr, that you can rent for $2k mnth, are you gonna say no because you MUST hold title, must have that paperwork to it in the way you want it.From my vision, arguing how that paperwork is done is like saying you refuse to accept a truck-load of cash if the truck isn't blue in color. If I search for the 14" rough-in in white color, I see 7.

I've tried using greeting cards of various colors, using off season stamps, hand writing the letters, using colored paper, and even putting photos of projects I've done. 

The existing granite is in perfect condition, but we're looking at changing colors.

To add some color the home next door is worth about 20-30%% of ours but if we bought today the mortgage payment on it would be about the same as ours.

The house went through inspections and everything passed with flying colors.

It's a nice, light grey color.  

Both were a grey wood look plank and were easy to match in color and texture.

If the tenant reports to the city that the space isn't properly vented/heated/cooled or the right color (just joking on that one) you will probably end up with a visit from an inspector.Thank you for the helpful reply!

I tend to suggest Rotomolded, they're more durable and less expensive, without all the fancy jets and colors.
