You may need to lower the price to stir up more serious interest.

That being said, Kitchens, Curb Appeal,and Master Baths seem to be universally agreed upon items that'll help stir up interest and emotions when people look to buy a house.

You'll find most people  work with you without stirring up a mess that will cost you more $$$ in the long run.
