For those that chose to buy a home at a duty station they then have to decide to sell when they are transferred or hold on to the property.

I use a "mailing station" location.......I think Fed ex and Ups allow those too.

Many people buy a home in each duty station and then rent out their home as they PCS to the new city.

The reason I ask is because me and my wife are moving to Jacksonville FL for my work (change of duty station.)
