HiCurrently live in a 1958 home with an oil furnace from 1997 and original terra cotta tile lined flue, which I am told would be a good idea to have relined with a stainless steel liner because the tiles are no longer aligned.

I can see another 5, maybe 7 percent shaved off the median home income.

I should add that if we were to build replicas of the same 4500 sq ft house over and over then I would be willing to say we could shave time off the build.
