The first sentence in your post is a lie, so everything that follows is not creditable.

They just have time to do more of what they love...some actually work more rather than less (but it's no longer "work").I wish I could write as eloquently as you do.. you summed it up in two sentences took me two paragraphs..

So I don't want to be sitting there, having nothing to contribute other than question after question, not knowing a good neighborhood from a bad one, while experienced investors walk away from me mid-sentence (read about that several times on the forums here). 

Notable sentences that I love for those reading your comments... - "But we developed our tactics to keep cap rate >12% (honest cap at 40% expense ratio etc)..." 40% true expense ratio is excellent and difficult to achieve on a long-term basis. 

But refer back to my first few sentences, lol.

But occasionally I’ll get the one sentence message asking for an early checkin and late checkout at the same time while asking in a very presumptuous way.
