Don’t Buy Our Properties G’Day guys,A while ago I wrote a blog about the 4 Reasons To Never Invest In Turnkey Real Estate. Many investors reached out and called me stupid and asked “Why I would write such a blog if I owned a turnkey company”.Then other investors (That didn’t know that I own a turnkey company) said “I had no clue what I was talking about and that I should research turnkey investing” lolTo be honest, I wrote the blog to save my company and myself time.I could write a book on how many investors wasted our time and how we turned them down from investing.Mostly due to their lack of sophistication when it comes to the absolute basics.
