Ask your attorney about the laws in your state but hopefully this ridiculous emotional support pet scamming (IMO) will be put to a stop. 

Anything that seems like quick and easy money is likely very high risk or a scam. 

The only thing I can suggest when you are raising money are you let the ones you are raising the money from you are putting 20% to 30% of your money in the deal most know it is a scam when someone is asking for 100%.

I suspect that the service is scam and want to dispute/request chargeback.

In todays world there are alot of scams and people trying to use others for a quick dollar, but I fully believe in if I become wealthier, you become wealthier and vice virsa.

Yes HERO is a sorry scam of a program.   

A warning however is that all HMLs are not created equal and if you find one that wants money upfront and promised to fund any deal, hang up and keep looking . . . you will see a number of newbies get scammed in this area.Good luck and feel free to reach out with any questions
