IF you sign that then realize that means if the IRS or anyone else needs information and it is wrong they will then re-charge you money to fix the issue and if it is the IRS, they will go with you and try to negotiate the issues for a price.  

Are you using cash flow from earlier deals to recharge your capital pool to do the next deal?

They take a special rechargeable battery, but that's been an advantage IMO.

We bought our office in 2013 and have room for about 16-20 desk spaces and 1.5 acres of green space with agent vegetable gardens and outdoor areas to work or just recharge.

My theory now (after learning the hard way and taking advice from those more experienced than I am), is that you should focus that time on higher value items... whether that be producing income, or recharging.

I just had both A-Coils for HVAC pulled out within the last 6 months..cleaned and recharged..no leaks were present per my HVAC guy and Condensers serviced.

Something with rechargeable batteries works well usually.
