If it's used to promote an agenda or to scare you into doing something, then I take it very cautiously (like the jobs numbers, that were adjusted 340% retroactively...do you still place value on that reporting, after repeated significant adjustments?).

Contrary to popular belief, this is not set because I believe it will give me a higher return.

I've seen investors use credit cards with a 0% APR promotion, business loans, but most times they have someone in their network privately lending them those funds.

If not, then 2 things come to mind:1) you should not give the impression you are associated with BiggerPockets.2) this is advertising/self-promotion that should be in the Classifieds...Thought I'd share that before a Moderator chimes in......My 2 cents,Mike

Then add staging, and now into marketing, how to pump it out there for maximum exposure, now we are paying all these sites to list and promote, burning a few hundred on FB ad's, a few hundred on this site, a few hundred on that site.

This is also my belief.

@Brandon Weis when it comes to PMCs, you'll find two main camps here on BP:1) Hardcore DIY landlords that think & promote EVERYONE should DIY manage. - Many are okay and actually understand DIY PM is not for everyone, but there are some that only have negative comments about PMCs.2) Owners & PMCs that promote hiring professionals.- Some PMC members are only here to promote themselves and don't offer much of value.

This is a false statement that leads @Neal Coppola down a false path of belief.
