I have been hearing a lot of people talking about concern and worry over the presidential election in Nov.

If it were a long time rental, I would have installed much cheaper, one dimensional shingles.There is no cash flow rental in my book that would require such an expensive shingle.I just put on 50 year presidential composition shingles on a $1.3M exit value home and the cost was $13k ,including the seamless gutters.

I guess he won't care as much because he can't run for a third term.They say the second term is when the legacy of that President is really known as the first 2 to 3 years of the first term is cleaning up residual from the last Presidency.

I will likely check it out next month, but I'm slightly concerned about the fact that they charge $240 a year for a membership and the "president" is someone whom I have heard sells $25k mentoring packages and $1,500 software.I'm just concerned that I will be paying for a sales pitch.

Remember that the president is a volunteer for the building, not a full-time paid customer service representative.
