Transcribing transactions from bank statements, posting transactions to the correct accounts, and then manually creating an income statement, statement of owner's equity and a balance sheet is a fairly time consuming process and I have not been able to keep up with the book keeping between my regular work responsibilities.What accounting software do people recommend? 

If the county is just posting the minimum bids and that is what you are seeing, they'll likely sell for a lot more than minimum. 

In addition to just posting your property on furnished finder, they were reaching out and building connections with hospital HR departments and recruiters to help place nurses in properties.

So I have been doing some research looking for programs/classes to take advantage of and I posted in here but never really got any answers from anyone.

Hi Calvin, if is it listed with anyone, it may have a similar address and a realtor posted your address by mistake,This happened to me a few months ago whereby I own a condo in a community that has 3 building and I own A6, but they were trying to list C6 and only added 6 to the MLS listing lol.
