Based on their website it looks like they have experience and knowledge pertaining to REI and they are a national company. 

you can buy from them but you need to read the laws pertaining to it.. has to do with renting back and flipping.. 

Hello BPI know there are rules pertaining to originating notes (quantity/frequency) with Dodd-Frank.
