After three months we will be able to cash out refi .75 and pull out all of our upfront money less about $4.5k pending final appraisal.

Am a NY licensed contractor who moved out here to LA county barely a year ago.. my CA contractor license is still pending.

I hit the like button on the properties in my price range (C+ class/working class hoods) and get emails of when they go pending.

But I dont know if any criminal charges are pending against Morris..

market sure is site specific.. bird in the hand though grab your best deal and move on.. there are always more deals for those in the bizz.. its not that hot out our way but we have 17 house's pending in our development all in the last 90 days when the preceding 4 months we sold maybe 3.. 

In fact, there is a pending case before the Georgia Supreme Court regarding the priority of various interested parties to the excess proceeds from tax sales (DLT List v M7VEN).  

This situation is still pending so I don’t know the outcome yet to post it here.

Next ten year growth could be Milwaukee LOL The thing is for median income to still rise linearly, there needs to be industries pending here.
