I know that with good systems and partners I can partake in greater profits and not just be a wholesaler.

I have always scoured the MLS for houses, but I definitely partake in networking, flips with other rehabbers, driving-for-dollars, referrals from friends, etc.

In California it is required that we ask the tenant if they would like to partake in an initial moveout inspection prior to the final move out.

I'll partake in anything that will get me started, though.

people fail at real estate everyday and in all markets deals are always there you partake if you can but wishing for it.. not so sure about that.

However, I read that you can not AirBnb/VRBO or partake in any short-term rentals if you have a FHA loan.
