The city of Austin’s rule banning type 2 rentals was ruled “unconstitutional retroactively”, uninhabited other rules being overturned as well.  

I had to run over, turn off the water and drain the unit while my husband ran to home depot to rent carpet blowers and dehumidifiers while I wet vacuum the water up.  6 months pregnant and waking up to that mess was awful. 

Even though mail came back unclaimed, I'm wondering if anyone has been a part of a tax deed quiet title that was overturned in a similar situation. - d

Just found another article on this matter - it says that Feinstein weighed in and the SF Supervisors have overturned the sale.Great question - it got my brain cells bouncing against each other.

That eliminates single market risk.However, the biggest advantage of going Crowdfunding over turn key is much better alignment of incentives.
