I have a tenant that is renting the other half of a duplex that I'm "house hacking" in that wants to start giving me a cashiers check for the rent instead of going through "ERentPayment".For the first few months of her being at the property she's been on ERentPayment and it's worked out fine.....until today when i got a notice from them that says her payment to them was returned due to insufficient funds.

From a fire at a nearby property and resulting damaage to The Shelby", to delays in fire damage repairs due to Covid 19 restrictions, to renters not paying rent due to Covid 19, to an approx. 20% vacancy rate, to insufficient reserve funds, to an obvious lack business loss insurance - Passco continues to underperformance on every statement they made at their seminar - from the safety of the investment based on their previous track record, to the expected annual distrubution amounts paid out.

Additionally, in many places space heaters are deemed insufficient via building codes or tenants rights, but I was unable to find anything in MN that said "you must have a furnace".
