Hi Matthew - please be aware of the legal risks (especially during an eviction) in allowing renters to pay by non commercial means (bank deposit, venmo, cashapp, etc). 

It may not happen (no crystal ball here), but I know that investing in non-commercial residential is not going to be producing the return that I expect.Note RE does not need to be the best investment option at all points in time.
