Hi All,I'm relatively new to the real estate scene and have spent the last year immersing myself in podcasts and books on real estate investing.

However, recent developments have raised concerns within the organization.Notably, some of their staff members have departed due to issues related to the work environment and behind-the-scenes ethics.

Before we step into the playground, my wife & I would visit the scenes to see what we think we could make of it.

The flipping scene in the area can be quite ncompetitive.

A lot of syndicators arrived on the scene in the the past 3 years and not all those deals will be looking good.

I am new to the real estate scene and would greatly appreciate some insight on this.

I'm sure he is also very familiar with the Florida scene and could make sure you were taken care of

Any ideas what could be happening behind the scenes?
