My clients are able to find pretty nice cash flow! 

Now for some nice winter shots then schedule for summer so you can add them as well.

Locations that are a 0-1 hour car ride from san juan to a nice town/city with more affordable areas walking distance to the beach would be interesting as well. 

AND a wholesaler would walk the investor through the mechanics of the deal, because they had all the contracts set, every detail wrapped up and packaged with a nice little bow on top. 

Fact is this is a path I am currently on, that is: Somewhat aggressive Options trading strategy to build enough capital so that I can self fund my first design/build project in the Usonian/ FLW style.So to that end, nice update on here... portfolio is up like 40% in 2 weeks and I am hoping to get some more gains in the next few weeks.
