The big IF on that is that it is specific to owned systems (sash purchase/zero down financed) and not to leased systems.From the NAR sites and discussions I have seen an estimated value increase of 2.5% to as much as 15%.

This includes PAR and NAR fees. you may be able to find a board/broker that does not require PAR/NAR which could save about $300/year but would limit your other benefits.

@Kris Fox My memory of REALTOR rules are that if another REALTOR asks you whether you have an offer, you are required to answer.I'm no longer a NAR member, so those rules don't apply to me.

Your agent should check with their local MLS to see if access sharing is allowed as most MLS's require membership with NAR and your local association in order to be granted access.

Or they think the NAR and MLS run the industry, and their 'brokerage' (and by extension, they...) are to "report all earnings," and somehow a PROSPECT (vs. a CLIENT) is somehow "brokerage property."
