I own a property in Cleveland, My first experience with a Management company there was with Monument, and was honestly terrible.My second one is not great, the guys are milking us with non necessary fixings in a unit the tenant is not paying and we have been having issues for a long time. we are never able to make a penny because they invoice some repairs.

My dad died when I was six, raised by a single mom on government cheese, powdered milk, and most of my clothes were hand-me-downs and garage sale finds.

Once, I left a can of sweetened condensed milk in a locker on a boat in Fl.

We are not talking which milk to buy or pair of jeans. 

But so is the cost of gas, milk, tennis shoes, and real estate.

Stick with it, I'm not sure how not being a US citizen complicates investing in the states but I'm assuming it adds another layer of complexity, there is money to be made in the 'land of milk and honey'! 

I don't think she wants to go through that process any more than we do, but I also fear that she might try to milk this for all it is worth unless there are clear consequences for doing so. 

You want a company that will manage, but not milk $ in fees and markups.
