Establishing a great relationship with a mentor or group that is actively doing this would be great!

We have come across Michael Blank, Mark and Tamiel Kenny, and Brad Somrock as potential mentors to work with.

My mentor always told if you surround yourself around successful people (its contagious) and if your willing to put in the work you will get there.

I reside in Hattiesburg and I recently invested 5K on a Wholesale Program, thinking it would be really hands on and structured more like a mentor program.

Just looking back at my time there as a student and talking to my friends who rented off-campus housing, I think juniors/seniors truly 'love the idea' that they're living in a house (albeit for one year).

If the liens are excessive then the tax foreclosure auction will be the best route as it wipes out other junior liens.

That same person writes a post six months later about how it's all a scam no matter what class or mentor.
