BTW, I could have mentioned earlier, when we refi'd in 2022 the appraiser came in at 1,300,000 and verbally told me that he struggled as he believed the property was likely worth more based on the location, views, income.

I work on projects across multiple states and have a strong network of contractors.Regarding when to involve a contractor, if it’s someone you haven’t worked with before, I’d suggest waiting until after the inspection.
