One investor gave a tip on a useful and often overlooked piece of marketing: Magnets.

I'm also thinking of doing letters to expireds (thats where the training told me to start :) )  I was also thinking of getting a magnet for my car- still a little iffy on that- I'm a bit of a crazy driver :).  

Well to do citizens making large and regular donations to improve their public selective enrollment, magnet or neighborhood schools3.  

I want to advertise my wholesaling business using car magnets.  

Looking online, it seems like multi family homes are magnets for low income and sketchy areas.

We're shifting a lot of our focus out of the cities, and into the tier 3 - 4 magnet towns and villages..... people need a place to live.Is Guarda the biggest town in its 50km radius? 

Oh I got it they call them Magnet schools a brand new one got built were kids have to qualify to get in or live there and next thing you know there is new development and housing going in a a bunch of regentrification .. all because this school got built there.. 

Since then I started using a magnet.

So someone worried that they are a magnet for a lawsuit might consider making maximum contributions to retirement plans.  

@Scott Mac they are removable (magnetic technology) so I'm not really worried about that@Sam Shueh you may be right but replacing insulation is going to be cost prohibitive.
