I would be more concerned about the cause of mold given that it was newly renovated. you never know what's behind the drywall. basement moisture/leakage issue can cost a lot to fix especially it has been already finished. 

The new membrane is comparable to the original membrane but corrects the leakage problems.

Basement has been dry ever since and glad I replaced the old cast iron drainage so i didnt have to fix a bunch of tenant emergencies of leakage. 

Did you mean leakage from cracks on the roof due to settlement issues?

Major issues are the exception to look to contractors, but please let them know you are looking for competitive bids and you are contacting others.Foundation damages are not likely cause from plumbing issues, this is related to old plumbing issues like old materials and such, not a foundation issue unless the leakage is causing soft pockets of soil underneath the slab.

I was in this situation more than ones and it is no fun (HOA Hot water/bees outside the unit/ roof leakage/ common plumbing issues/garbage disposal).

For commercial, someone who is able to analyze leases to determine if NOI is accurate as represented and if there is any slippage/leakage.

In a period of 2-4 days there is unlikely to be much leakage from decomposition.  

BTW I'm reading other threads about headaches with icemakers, filters, and water leakage problems
