IMHO, those of us with the Y-chromosome tend to work with a singleness of focus while women can juggle many jobs and responsibilities.  

I'm a licensed real estate agent in MD, and I have been juggling 2-3 jobs for years. 

Just not sure if I have the time or experience to tackle all of the maintenance and juggling of 2 renters.

It's managing and juggling many people, stress, and unexpected stuff.

@Mary Jay I empathize with you as I have a demanding career, wife and an infant at home on top of juggling my investing / business ventures. 

There is no way I could juggle it all if I was a newb.Show me someone who makes their only money rehabbing and I will guarantee they are either lying about their net profits or they will be either a landlord or out of the biz in the next 5 yrs.

You don't want to be juggling everything and miss deadlines, or have too much on your plate to really learn and appreciate the process. 

As long as you can handle juggling multiple properties and buy right, then you're diversifying and leveraging intelligently.
