I caved this morning and used my cell #, and received the call just fine. 

Their priority is to get their car loan and cell phone bill paid..or else!

If applying requires more than two brain cells and one minute of their time, you'll eliminate a lot of the lookers.I recommend a syndication software.

It is very time consuming to allocate overhead costs such as automobile, cell phone, etc. to each property.
