It seems many aren't interested in small tasks, because most don't even respond to inquiries. 

Just today a hard inquiry from the bank popped up on her credit report from CK.

I live in a market that wouldn’t even be considered tertiary it’s so small and still generate 100 inquiries on every Marketplace listing I post.

Inquiries, expedient responses for assistance, repairs, and maintenance, frequent rate/yield analysis, etc. 

It was admittedly somewhat of a frustrating process and I got the impression that lenders purposefully make it challenging to remove and do the bare minimum to meet the federal guidelines for removal (very slow responses to PMI removal inquiries requiring multiple follow ups, incomplete or missing information on the process of removal or borrower rights, calculating LTV incorrectly, etc, etc).

The fundamental failure in comprehension you have John is your ASSUMING that seller would want/demand to readily provide access for any/all random persons of inquiry. 

Im working on removing some inquiries from my credit so, i can be in the best position possible to get high limit accounts when they start to submit applications.

The ones we get are inquiries and not booking requests.
