I call them ATT cars.

Then, the tenants call up the cable company or ATT for TV and/or internet.  

Interest rates are under 4% for fixed rate 30 year mortgages and even something as simple as buying ATT stock returns over 5% dividend.

Also if they ever do "take it away" I would simply port my GV # over to my Att account.

They also appear unable to drop to ATT phones as my partner and his wife only showed 4 missed calls and a blank voicemail.

Just rolled over the 401k to a rollover IRA and put it at T Rowe Price, fairly aggressive fund.  

And yes, I stayed with ATT for years.  

Tell that to VZ (3 billion restructure to cut costs just announced) and ATT who have both done lay offs and fallen dramatically in market cap and behind Tmobile.

My Verizon unlimited at 20+ MBs is $40 a month and my ATT unlimited is $23 a month.
