Better to have ho-hum fixtures that last a long time and have enduring style than upgrade with latest trends.A ten year old light fixture doesn't really look outdated IMO.

If I don’t hear from you in the next 10 minutes, I will assume you aren’t attending and I will move on to my next appointment.Using this system as dramatically reduced any wasted time I used to endure as part of the showing process as well as giving me data about their timeliness/responsiveness/respect for others' time.I'm  of the philosophy that showings are where you see your tenant on their best behavior. 

They encourage me to get into it, but just warn me about the horrors that they had to endure as landlords.

Hi All,Have been enduring a frustrating experience with a lender and I am wondering if I might have grounds to file a law suit against them.  

I guess it helps that we don't have to shovel snow or endure blistering summers.

Quick responses are a must.I also give pass reports in case of inclement weather etc.
