I have been studuying the different lessons if you will by all gurus like many have via internet, podcast, itunes, taking any learning vehicle that I could to be honest.

It is too old to pull the archives from the original Title Company.What could I do to clear title, or creatively get around this?

Welcome @Larry DII, lots of other local investors on here as well so search the archives, ask questions, and you'll be underway quickly.

Now with the internet and self serve website like zillow and etc, I'm trying to see how realtors will continue to survive in a world thats changing toward self serve to sell your house as well with so many entrepreneurial investors helping homeowners sell and buy.I'm not here to debate about realtors but, I think the realtors may soon become like the old CD getting replaced by ipods and itunes.  

I want to achieve this goal by the time I am 42 years old.I am currently seeking a mentor in this endeavor.I came to Bigger Pockets by itunes.
