There will be many situations where you can help a homeowner save their home -  however, in other situations they just want to sell quickly which provides a wholesale, fix/flip, buy/hold opportunity for you. 

While it is a super nice home and seems like a great price to many of us, if you decide to sell, what is your pool of buyers? 

You wont pay capital gains when you sell the house as long as it is in the SDIRA but you will have to pay normal income tax when you withdraw cash from the SDIRA after retirement but would you rather pay income tax on $90K or $300K?

Although i do think there is more money to be made in RE than selling soap. 

But we do not want to sell our current home.
