However even if there is not a law in your state I would still highly recommend disclosing.I know there are certain religions that will not purchase a home or land if there was a burial or murder on that home/land.

It may be accepted practice in Asia, but I bet in the homeland, you'll (probably needlessly) get complaints and non-compliance.

Ya even Police don't like living in bad areas, they work hard enough all day and don't want to put overtime in after work where they live.I've had Police, Homeland Security, FBI, County Sheriff's live in my buildings,, nice to have,, I just let tenants know if they are comfortable living here you should be also..

The tenant screening should include a full credit check, criminal background check for felony at the state and federal level, homeland security check and sexual predator check.
