You have to know your market competition from every angle (price, offerings, perks, marketing, quality of furniture, neighborhood etc) You can overcome negative reviews if you do a lot of volume, that is almost a given to not be able to make everyone happy or foresee every issue a guest may have.

I did some research on BP via reviews on realtors that were in the Cleveland market and met on teams/zoom and chose the one I felt was most trustworthy solely based on volume of good reviews, some social media presence, and other factors that provided value to me.I got into investing after reading about section 8.

And, as a Condo project everyone is sharing in the water bill by allocation of the HOA fee which should be increased is common area expenses have risen.The water may be cheap and voted the best taste in the USA, but the sewage portion of the bill is not and a large amount is based off the water volume.

Its easier to use us for wires (most banks make you walk in and sit in front of a banker for 30 min) and making deposits is simple through our mobile APPIf you do find a local bank or if @George Blower can line you up with his WF or Bank of America bankers I would ask them the following as I have seen this as pitfalls for banking your SoloK account:1) What is their dormant account policy and what is the fee: Many of these 401K accounts have very low transaction volumes and can end up in dormant status with a typical fee of $25 a month2) What are the minimum balance requirements: I've seen it where the bankers don't go into detail with this because they hear that you are rolling over a sizeable amount and assume that you are going to keep those balances in the account.

Most are going to screen for: lowest priced, top listed on Google (many top listed PMs in your local area pay to be sponsored, so their actual listing is much lower), volume or size of business, and those who are willing to break their own processes to simply tell you what you want to hear (e.g., I'll list your property $300 above the AVG even though the CMA shows that's overpriced and I won't tell you that it's going to sit vacant).
