I have a pre approval in hand made an offer seller accepted bank was notified we ordered inspections (to be done next Friday the 29th, appraisal will follow and these two steps can take maybe 2-3 weeks depending on who is available and when.

We put granite on all counters, porcelain tiles downstairs, walnut flooring upstairs, and we included 3 beautiful handmade black walnut barn-doors as well. 

The fire department was called and the tenant admitted they tipped over a candle which started the fire.

I would suggest staying away from Realtor signs and go for handmade ones.Don't mention the bankruptcy unless they ask.
