For the most part, the guys and girls at the ground level are still great and focused on what they do! 

Guys like Jay who has done things like been a guest speaker in our mastermind group, Dave Foster who knows 1031s and can help with them but doesn't push anything, Michael Plaks who provides all kinds of good tax info unprompted.

Lots more wear and tear on the place too, as those couple extra people will likely either be kids or party guys.....Just my $.02....

We are not currently under any sort of contract and we just found this thread through a google search on Lendbase.We are currently working on a construction loan to develop some residential lots, assumed the Mortgage Broker would be on the up and up... had some sales-ey call with a guy out of Utah. 

What also is interesting is that over the past few year I get yellow letters only once a quarter but from the same guys.

I am interested in learning about investing in real estate, especially fix and flips and the BRRR method, using my rehab knowledge and my guys on slower days to build equity.  

He didn't apply, but you know she's a good mom and would only date a guy that's good for her kid and supportive of her goals, so you ignore the little nagging voice in the back of your head.

Looking for a gut check here because my CPA/tax guy is advising against dumping the brokerage account bc taxes, missed upside - but he also admits to not specializing in real estate asset/tax protection strategies.  

Also, if you wish to focus more on the central KY areas I am your guy.
