Remember your costs will be more for an STR, you'll be paying for a lot of things you wouldn't with an LTR - higher STR insurance, all utilities including internet, supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent etc, upkeep on furniture and linens if damaged, yard maintenance and grass cutting/snow removal, trash removal, etc.  

That’s perhaps a B area.Do you see 6 inch tall grass, moldy siding, and damaged roofs here and there?

That business has fed my family allowed me to never miss one of my sons, sporting events and his provided a great lifestyle.

I am not sure if RE is a happy industry, the grass looks greener.

We advertisers would buy banners and email links, sponsor crap and flourish all without the consumer (eye balls) being force fed.   

Especially now after the Fed lowered the interest rate.

Likewise, the Fed will not hold interest rates high for a prolonged period of time (but the next couple of years will see them elevated I guess)… In the short term they will continue to raise them to continue to combat inflation.

For rate cuts - the Fed lowered .5% on their overnight rate! 

You have to let them get tired of paying the gas and electric, cutting the grass etc.I just closed one 10 days ago where the lady had every one of my letters I sent over a whole year.
