I would like to branch into commercial leasing with a government client niche (solar farm land and datacenter leasing too).

I am filing a suit in Orange County Superior Court and along with reporting to following government entity. 

Having said that, the federal government put a restriction on buying houses if you don't live here. 

You also will face a byzantine, corrupt, and incompetent city government. 

I would prefer some a group of nice tenants getting some sort of government support.

The tenant pools are great, as we are the State capital, we have two MAJOR hospitals, government jobs, large developments happening (out-of-state union workers), MSU, Lansing Community College, and so on.

Like the government did with physical gold in the thirties, and the Canadian government is doing now. 

Its a process and a government process at that so be prepared for that.
