The Tesla factory was a GM factory in the 60s then mothballed then a numi factory then mothballed then Tesla and just down the road used to the the Ford factory.. we flew over it as a way point call out flying into San Jose Muni / international back in the day. 

Ford Motor Co. has just announced they will be building a new manufacturing plant approximately 12 miles from this property which is scheduled to come on line in 2025.

Where would we be today if Edison, Bell, Ford, Mozart, Beethoven, Curie, da Vinci, the Wright brothers, Bessemier, Marconi, Michelangelo, van Gogh, Rembrandt, Frank LL, Wright, and...etc,,, had thought the same way?

My question is: Are TI budgets ever offered for D Class buildings where the rents will be lower, the length of the leases may be shorter?

Being an off roader for years, I am seriously looking at Fords E van 4x4 conversion.
