I have not had a rental in about 10 years, yet my last lease was 6 1/2 pages in EIGHT POINT font.

I print on a label using a handwriting font.

Has anyone done a split test using on the one hand actual hand addressed envelopes and on the other using a handwriting font?

Otherwise I would put "Vote for Ross Perot" on the back of all my signs in 12 pt. font and video tape the people slashing them.

I may be missing something here, but what I've found to be very persuasive with the agents is to let them represent me; this way they get to double end it, and will do their best to try to push the offer through.Of course, I've come across agents that were so dense I had to follow up with them in 24 point bold font that "6% of X was better than 3% of Y."

I can now put in Check marks, and use a Signature Font so I don't have to print and sign the form.Then I can save that in PDF format.

Have you ever looked into buying a customized handwriting font for your computer?

Ive used courrier font lots of times to look like I sat at an old type writer and banged it out one at a time but at some point people are going to accept the fact that no one hand writes letters any more... even my parents who are in their late 80"s use word and email their letters back to their relatives in Spain.
